Tips

1. Communication-- while that might seem obvious. Its most important! Your partner(s) should never be afraid to tell you how they feel and you should never worry that speaking on your feeling might upset the flow of honesty. 

2. Boundaries-- everyone has a limit and everyone enjoys alone time. Set healthy guidelines when nessecary.

3. Never run out of stuff to chat about. The weather, a movie, anything! If you and your partner can't sit alone and hold a conversation about anything are you really even interested in them?

4. Learn your partner(s) love language. A small gesture like buying them a coffee without them having to ask or a foot rub could make your partner day. 

5. Take interest in things your partner likes-- even if you hate it. Ask them questions about it.

6. Go on unplugged dates when you can. A hike. Dinner and a movie. Dancing. Leave the phones in the car or at home and put all your attention on them distraction free.

7. Write your partner love notes. Its a great way to express your feelings and to let them know how you feel. Plus, everyone like getting hand written notes.

8. Make your partner smile, especially on their bad days.

9. Find intimacy with and with out sex. Outtercourse is a great thing.

10. Never forget why you fell for them in the first place.-- always remember what about them makes you love them.

11. Don't let a disagreement/frustration turn in to anger or hate. Talk through every fight, every disagreement, every angry thought.
