Honestly, the best way, at least in my opinion, is to start talking to your peers in every single one of your lectures/classes. Whether its just for schoolwork, starting a study group, or inviting them to eat at the cafeteria. Start with small and immediate things like that, and eventually ask some more personal questions. University is a scary, but also a fun experience especially for a young person like you! If you mess up, dont worry too much about it! Ask for help, have fun, grind your classes, join clubs, ask for internships, etc!!! Glhf :PP
