Favicon website?

Okay, so a few weeks ago, I found a website that lists TONS of little favicons. I think it wasn’t a neocities site, but something similar?

The favicons were displayed by colors, and the whole thing made a huge rainbow pattern. It was two pages, with hundreds of favicons. 

It was little gifs like this. I tried reverse search this Miku gif, but no results.

Did anyone come across that site, or anything similar, which displays A TON of little gifs, icons, sprites etc? Mainly interested in Sonic, Sanrio, Miku and Frutiger aero themed stuff.
