What would be good software to screen record with?

Does anybody know how to screen record, on Mac OS X Tiger? It's the operating system I'm currently running, I have gone on both Macintosh Repository, and Macintosh Garden. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any software that I could use freely, or would even do what I thought it could. I'd be okay if it wasn't the highest quality in its recording format, as long as it isn't malware, or some virus. I would really appreciate greatly some help looking for it. (If possible, I'd like to have one that doesn't get the link to one that excludes a watermark.)

Superr late. Unless you're doing video out and capture card, best solution I could think of is just built in (might be through quicktime in that version) screen recording.

I'm using QuickTime 7.6.4, it doesn't seem to have the screen recording feature under file, it probably wasn't added implemented in Tiger. I'd like to know if theirs a work around to this, even if it would require the use of external devices to allow it to record, if this is not possible I wouldn't have a problem just recording my iMac using a camera. If it is, I wouldn't mind doing some research, to find the equipment in order to get the screen captured on video. What kind of devices or cords do you suggest? The model I have is an iMac7,1.
