Ive been thinking about moving to North Dakota

I've been thinking a lot about where I want to live in the future and I really like the idea of North Dakota. Although im still not sure and I would like some other opinions, I really enjoy the cold and I love snow which is why I think it would be a good fit, and housing prices are pretty good. But is it really worth it and should I think about a different state?
