Another album I reslistened to while walking in the park last night. Just so beautiful and delicate and raw. The way he double tracks vocals and alternates at times is so pleasing to the ear. In speed trials towards the end when he sings "brief smile" and one ear descends and the other stays on the note, one of my favorite musical moments ever. Sometimes it's so interesting to think how something so impactful to you musically might not even be picked up by some other people at all while listening. Also I really love this album cover because I believe they picked it since he looked really "tough" on the cover and then the music is completely opposite of it, very nice juxaposition.
