help (major over sharing)

i ate panda express a few days ago then i wasn’t able to shit for like 4 days and when i did my ashhole bled. like im shitting blood. help. what is going on. im never eating that shit again. this is genuine. what the fuck do i do. i was one the toilet for so long that the fan in the bathroom turned off by itself. im going to start crying. do i call 911, like wtf would i say. “911 what’s your emergency?” then my bitch ass would respond “MY FUCKING ASSHOLE WONT STOP BLEEDING”
