Okay first calculate your maintenance calories using this site:
https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/maintenance-calorie
Then download Chromometer, it's a calorie counting app, better than other calorie counting apps IMO.
In order to lose weight, you need to be eating at least 300 less calories than your maintenance calories. However, the best way to do that is to start off the first 2 months eating in a calorie deficit, then for the next 2 months eat your maintenance calories- again using the site I linked to calculate it, since after those 2 months you'd lost some weight.
Keep repeating what I just mentioned until you've reached your goal weight. The key is slow and steady wins the race, you can eat a 100 calorie deficit if really wanted to, regardless you'll still lose the weight just it'll be at a slower pace.
The thing with losing weight in general is that you have to be realistic and change your lifestyle itself as opposed to viewing it as all a "diet". If you drink sodas, switch to zero cal zero sugar sodas. If you are addicted to ultra processed food and feel as though you can't regulate yourself around it, you need to quit it. Generally speaking, the concept of snaking is pointless and you should stick to a meal schedule.
The best Youtubers I like for weight loss/lifestyle advice is What I've Learned, Kiana Docherty, and Michelle McDaniel, and Wanhee 완희.
Don't view exercise as a way to lose weight, exercise rarely helps people lose weight, it's about calories in, calories out and watching what food you eat as ultra processed food is designed to be addicting. However, exercise is still amazing on its own, if you want to avoid being hunger like crazy I'd avoid any harsh cardio as heavy cardio will make you more hungry. Instead focus on simple walks, maybe swimming if you can.
Hydration is also very important because being dehydrated will make your body feel as though its hungry when it's not.
try to avoid comparing yourself to others <3 Dont fall into that trap of comparison, only compare your current self to your past self, this is your journey, everyone goes at their own pace, just be happy knowing you are taking the steps to better your life as not many are willing to do that in the first place.
