ways to not sound like a complete dumbass while explaining ur beliefs?

personally i have a hard time remembering the little things that really explain ts/main details other than "public infrastructure", "money=bad", and "no, the ussr was not completely communist" over and over again. i feel like a literal moron trying to explain my beliefs when most of the time i cant even remember more than 5 lines of writing thats been said since the 1800s lol
