Is it just me?

Guys so im afraid of dark as hell and i use night lamps (im not english sr) when im going to sleep and even if theres light i still see dark figures like they are movingi im size 6 to 7 myopic so that kinda explains it but i see dat figures even with glasses or light on idk i feel weird
