Anyone in Sales??

I started my first “big girl” job in sales for a shutter company in May. I’m doing ok, but I want to be doing great, you know? I only had retail experience before this so it’s been a little bit of a struggle trying to be a “good” sales person. If anyone else is in this field I’d love to hear from you.
