Being judged by your looks

Let me paint a picture I am 27 years old. I and 95pounds and my height is 4 foot 11 inches. I look young and I am tiny. I don’t know about you all but no matter what I do I get judge on now I look. One time o was called a child. I told this person I am not a child and they said I look like one. From that point on this person treated me like I am a child and never took me serious. It is hard for me to get new jobs because I have been told that I have all the skills for the job but my looks don’t match the part. Like why can’t people take me for what I can do and not how I look. I’m so over it.
