VICE writes cringey article about zoomers not liking emo music

Hey so I found this article where a millenial VICE reporter goes around asking teenagers from ages 15 to 18 what they think of various 2000's emo songs that she plays for them. The reporter concludes that 2000's emo is now the equivalent ofΒ  "someone's dad putting pink floyd on".


I am sharing this here cuz I want to see if the youngest members of the group agree with what this person concluded. Mind you this article is from 2016 so perhaps the sentiment has changed since then.Β

i think it's kinda proof how there's always a "eww young people" in every generation, looking down at those younger than them yet forgetting they were the ones being looked down upon just a mere 10 years ago for liking emo
