right now i think that my favorite movie is john carpenter's The Thing (1982) because it is the PERFECT level of suspense and horror and all of the actors are like. awesome. it's funny because apparently john carpenter's kind of gone off the edge of his life as of late according to a teacher i was talking to a few weeks ago because he really was making the most peak horror movies way back when. i haven't seen the 2011 prequel? of the thing. but i can't imagine it compares to the original's practicals and charm and everything

One of my favourites is "Nocturna"
It's a spanish 2007 animated movie. Story is just basically "No need to be afraid of the dark. You can overcome it"
kind of type. I don't watch it much because of the story, I watch it
more because of the visuals and the art style, they're so bloody
beautiful!
