cursor on my profile wont work

hi guys i am really stupid at coding. like REALLY stupid at it. and um. my cursor on my profile wont work? which explains why ive been getting about 2% of the friend requests i normally get. i removed the custom cursor i was using from the code (i have a saved copy of the code in my notes so if removing that was a mistake i can easily add it back) but that didn't worrkkk... does any super smart code person know what causes this or if its like really obvious or something?
