One clothing item to elevate an emo outfit

  I have stud belts and kandi already. What is the best thing I can add to the outfit to really scream emo. 


  I am thinking maybe boots, gloves of some kind or a shirt/hoodie. 


  But I can't afford all of that at the moment. So I am trying to pick which one to buy first.

really any jewlery also belts help alottt i have a TON of studded belts and they helped my outfits as a beginner to make them look less plain and flat.
