I want to have such high ego that people wonder if this guy is real

and yes id like to be my own God, totally possible or juuuuuuuust pure delusion?

I would reccomend looking into The Church Of Satan. Satanists of this kind do not worship devils or sacrifice children, however we do infact see ourselves as our own god. I reccomend reading The Satanic Bible by Anton Szandor LaVey, as well as The Devil's Notebook by the same author. The first book explains about Satanism, and the second book has a chapter called "How to be God (or the Devil)".
