Aphantasia: tell me what its like to see in your mind.

I have aphantasia, and if you don't know what it is, it back means that someone is unable to visualize images in their head. For example if I try to imagine an apple I my head I won't be able to I'll just see black/the back of my eyelids.

I'm wondering if there's anyone on here that has this too bcuz I think around 1-4% has this. Also I just wanna know what it feels like to see things in your head so could someone pls try to describe it for me?

Also, I happen to be any artist which doesn't really make sense bcuz I can't imagine what I want to draw but i still make OC's. Idk how I don't it but I think it's that I have an idea of what I want and I try to imagine it by drawing it bcuz I can't see what I want in my head.

oh, I watched a video on this topic. well.. for example right now I tried to imagine a beach, and that is basically how it looked 

almost no colors except pale blue of water, I could distinguish white waves coming and some blurry stuff on the coast, maybe there were people idk

but this is what you get when you just quickly imagine something, if you'll intentionally try to recreate the whole image (for example your friend's face) you'll have to focus on each detail. otherwise you will just get the impression that you were shown the photo of your friend's face for 0.1 s so everything that was left is a brief impression - you know exactly that it was your friend, but you can't distinguish every single feature of his face
