Guys how do you report bugs

OK so I made a blog because I couldn't see my profile picture (It just appears as a gray person) and OTHERS can see it but not me. Someone please help and before you say "just refresh it" or "just restart your computer" I DID THOSE THINGS ALREADY MULTIPLE DAMN TIMES!!! Help is appreciated
