Recently, I've discovered I adore whimsigoth clothing since watching Practical Magic. I've always been more of a grungy, punk girl. But omg, the flowy green skirts?? The lacy, layered tops?? THE ACCESSORIES??? so cute. The problem is, I have an identity crisis anytime I try to dress up like that... I still like being my grungy self, but sometimes I want to channel my inner Fleetwood Mac and frolic like a cottage witch lol

Girlie be whoever you wanna be. Could always be fun to try and mix those two styles together, honestly tho you should dress however you want, don't let labels define your fashion!!!

I had the same identity crisis with trying to decide whether I want to dress more punk/80s, 2000s or more grunge/90s. Since I have clothes from all those eras, I just make outfits with different styles together :-p
As a human I feel like you're not meant to fit into just one aesthetic, you're a combination of all the interests you like, so why not make your outfits represent that duality? + You can also just wear different styles on different days if you don't feel like mixing the styles together!
