How do I train a seagull to attack a man

I have not a clue, however, I did some googling because I also want to know.

The primary causes of bird aggression includes:

> fear,

> Lack of socialisation, 

> Jealousy,

> Previous mistreatment,

> Hormonal changes,

> Territorial protection,

> And stress.

If you can somehow get the bird to fear your neighbour, or find a way to stress it out, it'll be more likely to attack or at least freak out and freak them out. You could also maybe try to make the bird jealous but I'm not entirely sure on how to do that yet.
