[SOLVED] Profile picture won't change, even if it's square [closed]

The images I've been trying to use fit the requirements, but they won't change (it says it will take a while to update but even that's not working). I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Update: It loaded on the mobile version but the website version doesn't update the profile pic...

Update 2: it finally updated. Guess my patience was wearing thin. Oops.
