I'd settle for being able to follow a forum topic. Friendica is kind of complicated. Too many knobs to turn.

Ditto. It's like the forums here are really lacking, and I'm looking forward to frequent here than go to other people's blog (Top Blogs reminds me of awful txitter feed recc).
An is currently a college student and is busy with his studies, I just hope he'd add more features here once he have freer time!
I guess there's the RSS option on the bottom-right. But, I rather just have my notification in my own profile account like I do with subscribing to people's blogs!

i remember seeing a bluesky post from spacehey's creator saying that he would integrate the fediverse into spacehey and friendica basically connects to the fediverse
