hello all. Ive been getting into metal for the past few months and ive taken a real liking too sludge metal but i know like the three most popular bands (acid bath, crowbar, and eyehategod) T-T if any one has recs it would be deeply appreciated ^-^

not really *sludge* but neurosis and isis are really good post-metal bands, which evolved out of sludge metal

Grief, Noothgrush, and Iron Monkey are some really good sludge bands. Weedeater is also really good, not really a sludge band but they're stoner metal so close enough
