I finished ANDOR

(This is a spoiler free review, I VERY MUCH RECOMMEND WATCHING IT THOUGH!)

My close friend Gabe, seriously recommended this show to me after he had found out id only ever watched the original 6 films.

Wow...Andor, was the very first Star Wars media Ive sat down and watched since the pre-special edition movies from when I was super small (and also now since I rewatch my tapes all the time), Im not sure how the other shows or spin offs stand, but Ive only heard bad things. As a guy who was born and raised in Los Angeles, and who was been living through such terrible things recently what with the fires that blocked off all exits to the city and nearly engulfed the land AND my apartment, and with our own military being deployed to intimidate us, and what with everything going on in politics right now, I truly feel Andor is one of the most critically timed releases entirely. This feels like a true Star Wars entry, it wasn't about the Jedi, but was actually about the ground level wars being fought, its focused on the people, on the true rebels, the ones who have lost everything and who are now fighting the good fight to witness a sunrise they'll never live long enough to see. This show is inspiring, beautiful, and drove me to tears multiple times. It hurts me to say a lot of the terrible things you see the empire doing is relatable to my situation in real life. Andor to me is as big a symbol of hope as Luke Skywalker was. I seriously recommend this show as I cannot stress enough that it feels like a genuine piece of the Star Wars story, and I like to OWN my shows and stuff, I loved Andor so much I bought the complete series DVD set, and do not regret it. Every time I rewatch Star Wars now, I will make Andor a part of my re watching. This show is so important to both me, and the general writing of this amazing franchise, Oh and one more thing, THE MUSIC! Its no John Williams, but my god, the sounds produced for this show, are beautiful, like nothing Ive heard produced for a TV show before. Im also, not afraid to say, that these 24 episodes between two season, are some of the best television ive ever seen in my entire Life.
