i broke up with my ex bf (who was a bit toxic, but thatz another story lolz!!) in april-- i thought about him a lot in May, but honestly time and separating yourself from them completely will help!!
i blocked him on everything, focused more on school and testz and gradez and stuff, and threw my feelings into art and hobbies!! i also focused on building platonic relationships--friends, acquantances, etc. try to focus on theez more and youll find yourself not thinking about your ex!! :)) if u guys go to the same school, try not to interact with her there!!
break ups are SO hard and im so sorry u r going thru this!! but you can get thru these bad feelings, trust yourself <33
