I've been smoking for a good few years now and never taken a tolerance break longer than a week, it didn't help me lower my intake and definitely didn't lower said tolerance. I guess I'm just asking what are people tips or opinions on it? I'm running low and unable to pick up any more and debating trying again but I'm just so miserable without it I cant eat or sleep I'm hyper aware of everything and my anxiety seems to tenfold but I really want to lower my tolerance and maybe start reducing my intake to save money. :(
