The contradiction of a philosophy

So, which philosophy strikes you as the most self-contradictory when you read or study philosophy? For example, when I first learned about Nietzsche, his concept of the Übermensch mentions that they must not become a prophet or an object of worship. But I found that deeply paradoxical — because when someone shines that brightly, there will inevitably be those who follow and revere their light, won’t there?

But nietzsche would deeply disapprove of that person who decides to follow/worship the Übermensch, wouldn't he? ^^

yeah it is!, Nietzsche hate that kind of person, he critical them, in Zarathustra he said: "They are the preachers of death... they invent new gods to justify their weakness." Nietzsche condemned those who fear life and freedom, who create idols to avoid facing themselves.
