my background and font don't appear to other ppl viewing my profile

so I'm customizing my profile and I've set up a custom font and background, but apparently only I can see them, any attempt by any of my friends to access my profile only comes across a white background and a fancy font, how do I solve this problem and make everyone see my custom profile?

ps: I tried to access my profile through my cell phone and even though I'm in my account the problem persists, a white background and a tacky font

Can you share the background URL?


Also, for the fonts not working: It might be completely normal. Not every system can be preloaded with 500 terabytes of fonts, and every browser, system and model renders stuff differently. Instead, it might be better to use a font from a web url as every client will load from the url instead of searching on the system.
