Don't recommend me shooters or games without a plot. I like games in the MOBA genre, I also like visual novels, lately I play Dota 2 and I would like to take a break from this game. I would like a game with an interesting plot for a not very powerful PC

I think DeadLock is a fun 3rd person MOBA and ofc League of Legends but that game is a dirty addiction. Games with plot would be any of the Batman Arkham games, Neon White is a silly fun game with a decent story, Split fiction is great if you have a friend to play it with, any of the dark souls games, Lies of P is fantastic, Sifu is great, Blasphemous is great, Dave the diver, Grounded, Overcooked is fun co-op, Another Crabs Treasure is silly, any Devil May Cry, Dishonored games are good.

Fallout new vegas is $5 right now and it has the best story out of any game ive played, also tons of stuff to explore and discover, i have hundreds of hours in it and im still finding new locations

I'd highly recommend Outer Wilds if you want a really interesting story.
It's a puzzle game, but unlike traditional puzzle games, outer wilds takes the approach of open world exploration to tell its story. The puzzles themselves aren't complex, but relate to the story itself.
The world is set in space, flying from planet to planet to figure out whats going on within the universe.
It's definitely the first open world game where I've felt like the sky is the limit for where I can explore within its mini solar system.
As a plus the music is fantastic, and the art style is good too.
