I recently got back on the app after like 8 months off and i want to start taking advantage of the blogs and such so i am starting a series of sorts and i will be posting one blog every workout and just going along and documenting my experience as well as yap about the day to day
I would love it if other people saw this and tried it for themselves because it is super fun just yapping during the time you have in-between sets.
