Cheese on top of the pizza toppings or underneath the pizza toppings?

Pepperoni under the cheese is pretty fire.

I don't put toppings on my pizza I just like it plain but I have always wanted to try deep dish pizza someday if that counts

on top of the pizza because i dont like surprises. i havent found a celiac-safe example to open me up to the alternative 

Depends. On one hand, with it on top of the toppings then it seals it in and it's less likely to fall off the pizza. However, it's harder to pick the parts I don't like off. 

So it more depends on whether I ordered/made it for just me or if I'm sharing with people, e.g.: My sister who likes sweetcorn and I don't.
