blinkies not appearing :/:/ wthelly

hey!!! i keep trying to add blinkies to my profile, but no matter what img host i use (ive tried multiple including ones other users have suggested) but nothing im doing is letting them display on my profile. either they have a missing image display or just simply dont work at all, i;ve been using the code thats been shared around and i cant find anything different to use or even try, nothing i have used works :(

theyre reallly cute and id like to spruce up my pretty uneventful profile with some fun stuff but its really just not working
