Forum: General

I messed up my back muscles (not my actual back/spine i hope, dw) at work and it hurts like CRAZY!!
when i lay down to go to bed @ night, and when I wake up in the morning, it's fine, but as the day progresses, it gets worse and worse.

i've gotten the usual advice (taking excedrin, using heat mats/taking warm showers, taking it ez @ work, etc.) but i was wondering if there were any stretches or smthn i can do alongside those things to help ease the muscles/pain.

Specifically targeting the muscles below my shoulderblades; any ideas greatly appreciated! ^_^

For those struggling with chronic back pain, gentle yoga and stretching can help, but they aren’t always enough. In such cases, consulting a Spine Surgeon can make a big difference. A specialist can identify underlying issues like herniated discs or spinal misalignments and recommend targeted exercises, therapies, or medical interventions. Combining professional guidance with safe stretching routines often leads to better, long-term relief.
