this is going to sound VERY awkward, but caffeinated drinks somehow make me fall asleep faster for some reason???? i haven't even developed tolerance, yet it happens somehow
honestly; if my mind isn't busy turning the gears to Work™ that night (which is incredibly rare lmao), there's an 85% chance i'll fall asleep easier (assuming absolutely nothing happened and i didn't feel stressed out/"stuck" in a certain part about the day/triggered that day, which is -again- rare).
at this point my "sleeping habit" is all about barely having a 3-hour "power nap" to power the whole day
