I am convinced Quebec is not real

Like its a cool province in canada and id definitely go there and do a quebec-ontario trip but im german and i looked up info about it because if it wasnt clear already i wanna visit this place soo bad and after verification i know no one from quebec and i know no one who has been there or knows what poutin tastes like and apparently they dont do english so i have to learn french to go there and i know like 3 words. i need my parents to agree but does anyone actually live in this place and is it as good as advertised if someones ever been there (my dream would be like 7 days and 3 first days in ontario and 4 last days in quebec)
