My stance on transgender identity is that I don’t understand it, but I accept it. 

Why people accept trans gender but not trans race? To me, they are both the same. I don't understand. 

But it’s not my job to understand.

As long as it’s not harming me, it’s not my business.

It's not my place to tell others what the truth is. I know my truth, and you know yours. We can coexist.

Few conversations w/ friends & a video later, I came to my own conclusion as to why trans gender and trans race is different.

First of all mechanics of being trans is that there’s a mismatch in your gender for your brain and body. 

Everybody has the potential of receiving a mismatched DNA in your gender for brain and body. (If ur cis, u received a matching brain and body) 

Your race, on the other hand, you can not receive a race that was not passed down to you by your ancestors.

But this does not mean I will reject trans race ppl. I really don’t care, as long as ur not harming me, I’ll accept u.
