hey! ^^ well... i think the right thing to do would be to go to a nutritionist, it's the healthiest way and they will give a plan specifically made for you and your body, habits, etc. but if u can't afford it i can recommend to start eating a little more progressively, priorize proteins, vegetables, drink enough water (healthy food basically), do some exercise, don't skip meals, don't rush and be patient. those are some things that worked for some people i've known, hope this helps!!1!
