haii i used to be pretty good and consistent with my workout routine, but i’ve found that lately i’ve had a hard time staying as consistent as i want to be. after i get off work and get time to relax, all i want to do is my hobbies, hang w friends, and SLEEP! i do miss feeling strong and energetic so it def is something i want to get back into.. if you have any recommendations for consistency and motivation, i’m all ears :3 thx!
