I am also moving into a new place. If you don't already, I would recommend using Pinterest to map out inspo! Personally, I LOVE vintage wooden/cottage aesthetic with a modern touches.  Something like this ^^! Although it is a bit cluttered for my personal preference hahaha

I was in the same boat not long ago when I started renovating my little home bar. I kept asking myself the same thing — what aesthetic actually feels like “me”? What really helped was focusing on one area I wanted to stand out and building around it. For me, it was the walls — I used a bar wallpaper design from bar wallpaper ideas, and it instantly set the vibe. Once I had that anchor piece, adding furniture and decor that fit the look came much easier.

My tip: pick one feature (wall, lighting, or even a statement piece of furniture) and let that guide the rest. Makes the decision process way less overwhelming.
