help modding switch?

hey there, before i help you i just want to know what you mean by modding, if youre making physical modifications or if youre installing custom firmware (hacking/jailbreaking), either way i could probably help you

sorry for being vague I meant installing custom firmware. Just a warning in advance, I am very tech illiterate although I have added custom firmware to my 3ds in the past (probably doesn't give me much experience because everyone and their mum can do that)

also, I should've mentioned earlier (it slipped my mind) my left joycon is broken, I'm not sure if that'll mean much but just incase I thought you should know. thanks for agreeing to help me by the way :))
