I kinda just figured it out on my own, but some people actually have lives, so yeahhh

Blogs + forums work the same as on other platforms

Bulletins are just blogs except limited to your friends and expire after a certain period of time

Things in groups work the same as they do outside of groups except only other members can see them

Just post, comments, reply, etc. 

just a classic old forum based website!
