help jailbreaking ipad?

ok so i am VERY tech illiterate
but i recently bought an ipad 2 thinking itd be at least usable (shoulda maybe researched before buying it but oh well too late now) its horrid. websites barely load, no apps can be installed. its complete and utter crap. i was wondering if anybody was able to help me jailbreak it? because i have no clue whatsover what the hell im doing lol btw its iOS 9.3.5 and 16 gb
