Help with making a guest book?

Hi! I'm a bit new to coding with Html! I'm learning it via the "fuck around and find out" method. I'm currently working on a neo cities personal blog and I want to learn how to make a guest book. If someone could help me out or point me in the proper direction, that would be great!!!!
