Understanding Semaglutide and Its Effects

Hey everyone, I’ve been on semaglutide for a couple of months now, mainly for weight management. It’s helped a bit with my appetite, but I’ve been feeling super wiped out lately, like I need a nap every afternoon even if I sleep well the night before. I didn’t think much of it at first, but now I’m starting to wonder if it’s related. Has anyone else noticed this kind of fatigue, or am I just overthinking it?

Yeah, I had something really similar happen when I first started. I’d feel okay in the morning but hit this weird wall of exhaustion by mid-afternoon, even on chill days. It wasn’t like normal tired — more like my body just wanted to shut down. For me, semaglutide makes me tired https://www.audeotherapy.com/does-semaglutide-make-you-tired-find-out-how-it-works/ when I haven’t eaten properly or if I don’t stay on top of hydration. That article helped connect a few dots, especially around blood sugar and energy levels. Adding a few small meals during the day actually made a difference.
