Richmond has NEVER been the same

as a local Richmond native, the impact that Nettspend has had on our streets is devastating. People are scared to go outside, the streets are empty, the birds dont even sing in the morning anymore. Nettspend has turned this joyous and beautiful city into a desolate wasteland.
