Can be anything at all - literally what you are hearing right at this moment, what’s been playing in your head non-stop, the thoughts that have been swirling in your head, or even some other thing this question brought to the front of your brain.
I’ll go first - a moment ago I was listening to Night of the Demons by 45 Grave but I also have Dreams by Fleetwood Mac stuck in my head at the same time. My brain has been fixated on thoughts of my many assessments this week but also on the book I’m currently reading (Foucault’s Discipline and Punish, check out my ongoing blog about it if you’re interested). A group of comedians I like have also announced they’re coming to my city next year and tickets go on sale tomorrow so that’s another thought in the front of my mind.
