I don't want anything fancy,maybe some tech related,programming,and some general/random talk to,but there isn't a clear way to find forums nowadays,can you guys help me?

Haven't used this one in god knows how long, but I'd recommend Proboards/Freeforums. Sure, there's not a lot of people on there, but it has a handful of forums to join (and if none of it's of interest to you, you could simply make your own, they made it pretty damn easy to make your own too, which is nice).
I used to mod on a jirai kei forum that was made using this, it was pretty chill honestly. :p
