I concur with the above user - A self-hosted bitwarden solution is the best.

If you do not wish to self-host, or want a whole suite of amazing services that are great for privacy and security, I recommend Proton. They have a VPN, email, cloud-drive, google-like docs, password manager, and they can hide and alias your email so no more spam or malicious garbage flooding your email.

Their password manager is surprisingly good, but it is not free. If you need free then self-host bitwarden.
