Hi I am new! But I am an quite experienced shifter, since I have at least 3 active DRs.
Multiplayer shift is like turning the multiplayer on a usually singleplayer game, like Stardew Valley.
It is a loooong and boring way to explain, but I will get it on a few words:
1 - Make the script togheter
2 - Go to sleep on times next to each other
3 - Use the same method
4 - Use a match symbol, like, star, moon, even some silly things.
5 - Write the dreams down! You need to remember to know you progress!
Never rush your process, you can do it, and NEVER get obsessed, the more you want, the more it escape.
